It is in our mutual interest that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions at define the contractual agreement that you enter in with Bahama International Merchants (henceforth called BIM) once you book a trip.

Deposits and Final PaymentsA non-refundable deposit of $100 US per person is required at the time of booking to confirm and guarantee your visa processing, invitation and admission to Fair.The balance of payment is required 40 days in advance of departure, and can be paid by US Money Order, direct Wire Transfer to our bank, a Certified Check in US Funds.
Air tickets will be issued by E-tickets sent by e-mail upon receipt from only after final payment. Paper tickets are also available by extra $20.00 charge.
Passports and Visas: A valid passport will be required for all tour departures overseas. In order to apply Visa to China following documents are needed.1. Valid passport at least 6 months validity left before expiration or documents for travel in origin files;
2. One 2"x2" passport size photo for visa application;
3. Fill in the Visa Application Form with applicant's signature attached whereon;
